Verde Esterra Park participates in the ARCH Housing Program, which offers select apartment homes at reduced rents for income-qualified households. ARCH is a regional affordable housing initiative supported by East King County cities to help make housing more accessible for local residents and working families.
The ARCH program uses Area Median Income (AMI) guidelines to determine which households qualify for reduced-rent homes. To qualify, household income must fall within program guidelines based on household size. Income verification is required as part of the application process.
